MEMORIES:
An essay about my memorize of a holiday.


Have you ever remembered something that you did with your family, or something that you did on a holiday? I know that I remember a lot of things from the holidays. Some might have been with my cousins, aunts and uncles, what I got for Christmas or what I did with my grandparents. But most of all I remember two certain things on Thanksgiving and Christmas.


TS One of the many memorize that I have would be making pies with my grandmother. SD Whether it was Thanksgiving or Christmas, pumpkin pie or lemon Morag pie I will always remember being in the kitchen with my grandmother all day baking up a storm. CM One of the things that comes along with the memories of making the pies is messing them up or forgetting something. CM It always seams like every year that we always do something wrong. CM Recently, this Thanksgiving we were making pumpkin pies and I forgot the milk, and the lemon part of the lemon pie didn’t come out right so we had to start all over again. SD On Christmas a lot of my family comes over my house, and since I was little I always remember sitting in our living room ether opening presents that we each got each other or watching a Christmas movie. CM This is one of the memorize that I have had for many years, because I love being with my whole family and having a good time. CM Christmas in one of my favorite holidays, because most of my family is together and we don’t have to do anything on this day other then be together. CS I will never forget these memorize that I have of the holidays and all my family and all of the times that we ruined pies and just laughed about it.


I will always remember the holiday memorize that I have. Weather it is making the turkey on Thanksgiving or making the pies that we always mess up, but magically they come out amazing. Even when I am older and have more memorize of the holidays, they will never escape my mind. When I think about all the memorize that I have it would take me days to write them all down.
